Yee! Nice one, not surprised you managed it tho tbh. I found Grid 8 much easier than Grid 7, i think because it's the first time they unleash Phantom on you they go easy, it would have been nice to have a Grid 9 with much harder time trial times but there you go, it only cost £12 after all.
Good races yesterday(?) btw mate. Much closer now that i've practiced a bit, it was nice to not lose to you every single race this time around

I wouldn't call it destroying at all, we were 90% of the time less than a second apart, though yes i will admit i was the guy 1/10th of a second in the lead most of the time
. Guess that makes it one all as you whupped me good and proper last time, this isn't over!
has anyone got the zone zeus trophy yet? i just managed to reach zone 60 and all i can say is WTF 
!! how many more speeds are there to go before 75?
im also not surprised that it failed epilepsy tests (if it actually did), its an absolute assault on the eyes and brain lol

i see you got the elite campaign trophy senture, jesus man i had a quick look at that a did a few of them on the first grids and i can see exactly what they have done... its a shining example of cheese AI/tactics and i doubt i will have the patience to go through it on phantom. i doubt i can even manage it tbh :|

Yep, the first few races on Phantom are kind of easy then once you get to Chengou Project and Sebenco Climb it is just stupid. You have to take the bends very very very fast aswell as needing a couple of turbo boosts and a quake, 2 for saftey.

well i hosted many single player games last night, for probably 4 hours straight but didnt see many if any ocukers!
i now have transported 1gb of random music to my ps3 now, lots of trance and oasis etc to mix it up a bit. loving the game so far, great buy for £11.99, id recommend it to anyone who is a half decent race driver. (if not:/)
onto stage 5 out of 8 now, got 50k loyalty points with PirexQ ship with the 3rd livery etc! great fun.

I have just reached grid 8 on Elite difficulty. However, Chenghou Project is a flaming *******.
I cannot for the life of me believe how hard Elite difficulty is. I mean, seriously!!! It's literally almost sub-human. The AI is about as stacked as Mario Kart 64. IT IS UNBELIEVABLE!!
Anyone who hasn't experienced Elite difficulty on grid 8 just wait till you see!!

im holding off even attempting that trophy for now after noticing the immense cheese AI which is something that always outs me off. i don;t mind when they make stuff literally near perfect eg. if they get all boosts, near all barrel rolls etc. but no they copped out and went for mega cheese and just set them to be much faster than you :/. plus it also leans wayyyy to much on luck as a deciding factor since getting hit by anything puts you back and good 2-3 seconds and you will probs need a crap load of boosts.
ive been going on zone whenever i load up WO, and i wanna know which person thought it would be a good idea to make mach 1 (zone 60+) near pitch black so you can barely see the track :|. i am getting closer though, best so far is zone 67

I bet your heart was pumping in an epic fashion after that race. This is why i love this game, it's been years since i last had to stop playing a game for fear of my own health; it's just too damn tense.
Added good sir. On that note, can we all try to add everyone on the list in the first post of this thread, now that the 50 person bug has been fixed i see no reason why we can't get epic races going more often.
