UFO's over Teesside?

Anyone else from Teesside see these?

I was driving home from work about 10pm this night and i noticed 2 orange lights in the sky moving very slowly, there was no noise from them as they were pretty much above me / my house when i got out of the car, they weren't planes either, wrong way for the airport and they were either very large or very low, again with no noise.

I'm as sceptical as the next guy and thought nothing more of it till it was published in the paper tonight lol. I'm not saying they were aliens, but they were strange.

Them's street lights young 'un. They're bringing them to Saltburn soon. The wooly-backs over at Brotton are even now burning even more witches who threaten to bring the 'small sun' to the night sky. They can be seen at their Henge plotting the ritualistic slaying of the borough planners for Redcar & East Cleveland.

btw...can't see anything from Hartlepool

The lights may simply be part of meteorite showers commonly seen at this time of year, but PCSO Andy Harrison ruled out that explanation.

Andy, 51, was with colleagues - including a police officer - on duty in South Bank when they saw what he described as “orange orbs” on October 17.

HAHAHA they have to say that the PCSO was backed up by a real copper.

I didnt see anything that night and i was working outside at that time.

Also as a side note, i dont live in middlesbrough but i work there and i honestly despise the accent...it goes through me.

i call bull, i can see the cloud of smog engulfing teesside from my bedroom window, you couldnt see anything in the sky from street level, these were blatently street lamps.

Redcar, same as you mate.

And you know fine well what im talking about with regards to the Middlesbrough "Towny Accent", jesus i work with 18 people all from Middlesbrough and they all talk exactly the same.

Thats off topic anyways, i asked in the pub last night if anyone else had seen this phenomenon...no one had.
