What do you do when you get bored driving?

I try and do this, but due to being a typical male - I don't need GPS thats what maps are for - I end up getting lost everywhere :p
 
In traffic my dash and wheel magically become a drum kit. Once that gets boring, I start imagining what other car occupants are saying, often with results only I would ever find funny. In dire circumstances, such as the 11 hour traffic jam in 2004, I rest my head on the a-pillar and start drooling.
 
Lean forward and do the accellerator and brake with my hands and steer with the wheel between my teeth.

If it's dark and there's only lorries around I pretend I'm in the fast and the furious and pull up behind close them, turn off my lights then drive up along side them in StealthMode® and pull in front then whack on my lights again and watch them oggle at my awesomeness.

See how far I dare drive on a motorway with my eyes closed.

Smile at people like a rapist out of the window as they go past.

If I'm stuck in traffic I pretend I have narcolepsy and randomly slump down in to my passenger seat for a while until I hear car horns.

Whip the roof off and drive with my head out of it like a dog in the back of a people carrier with its ears going wild...apart from I have tiny ears.

yeah but chav != pedestrian..

i don't drive enough to get that bored really.. disney sing along tape takes care of that
 
  • Turn the music up
  • Sing along to the music
  • Sing without the music
  • Think about work, come up with new ideas then forget them because I can't write them down
  • Drive very, very fast
  • Eat
  • Sit there and be bored realising what a terrific waste of time long distance driving is and that I should really just take the train

Nah, I just wind down the window and flop it out. I try to time it to go off as a BMW driver passes.
 
Whip off the head and install a DIY VTEC y0 kit, then test it out at 10,000rpm until I hit my destination.
