Northern Ireland Motors meet?

NI might as well join the meet bandwagon

Would anyone be interested in a NI Motors meet on Saturday 15th November?

There are a million and one locations with great roads. The north Antrim coast road would be a good one as would the Mournes around Silent Valley.

I know there's quite a few NI contributors who post here and there hasn't been a Motors meet so it'd be interesting to see if it works.

If there's no interest I'll not bother organising any further but if you can make the 15th November, post here. If there's enough interest we'll confirm a location. It'll most likely be the north coast road (Larne - Portstewart) or a blast around the Mournes (Silent Valley, Spelga Dam etc.) with a stop off somewhere along the way for a drink and some lunch.

too short notice and lack of steam-packet usage for the winter but if there was one in the summer id be well up for it

I'd be up for it for sure, however 15th doesnt suit at all - any other dates suit? Maybe sometime in December so we can get a bigger crowd together?

We'll see how it goes for this date. If we haven't enough interest then I'll look at a date mid-December or January.

Won't be able to make it- but if your going round silent valley and spelga dam it's a fantastic road. My GF almost killed us on the tight bend at the start of silent valley though

I'll go aslong as I get my insurance renewal by then, car just failed MOT this morning because of the ABS light. Im pretty sure the sensors are screwed anyway, and they are £120 each from toyota :'(

So if im legit again by November 15th, i'll go. Although I seem to remember you and area51forpsx 'organizing' a meet last christmas which went belly up.....
