Just taken delivery (at work) of my new 4870:

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-100-HT

Not tried the card as yet, but hoping for good things as its an upgrade for my old 8800 gts 320.

What impressed my the most was the fantastic tool they include "free". It's an LED light, screwdriver with four bits and a spirit level (to make sure card is seated correcty:D). Just almost blinded my colleague with the torch, good stuff well impressed and a good price.

It's the little things which make the difference. I would rather this than a free game, as I will find this useful for the future. Whereas a game would last five minutes as the free ones are usually rubbish.

I had that in the box with my 4850. Its great, very useful and the torch does come in handy while working in the case under the desk.

Nice ;)

As an aside, I find non-magnetic screwdrivers useless for PC work. Is it magnetic? I guess that would be too good :p

Yup, the legendary HIS free screwdriver/flashlight combo tided me over for six months when someone stole both my screwdrivers.

All good, installed and working quite well. The screwdriver/light/spirit level was useful when seating the card.

Not such a huge improvement as I would hope, but Stalker cs is much improved, maxed out with 40-80 fps Crysis Warhead is improved also, can run it maxed out with 18-20 fps. Will have to play some more now :)

I use my HIS flashlight a lot, not to sure about the screwdriver though, mine came with a 3870x2.
Would be lost without it now.

WTF i have an HIS 2900XT i didnt get one of these.... where do i claim my flash light and screwdriver... me wants!

A HIS GPU is the perfect gift for someone in prision. It looks like a normal graphics card but hidden in that box.................
