Lets hope it is as good as the N64 version, though I don't like the whole vehicle theme they are using, can't understand why they didn't just use the same format as on the N64. They had better not screw this up, the original Banjo game is one of my fondest memories of the N64!

Was playing this last night at the Games Expo in London, if its the same demo then I will get more time to play it as I loved the N64 version. Did Banjo-Tooie get released over here in the UK or was it a US release only?

I had Tooie on my N64, pretty sure it was all PAL.

I think Rare have lost the plot in general now though. Perfect dark Zero sucked and Kameo was barely above average, the demo of this doesn't win me over tbh.

I really enjoyed kameo, It made a nice difference to all the guns and blood (which was the only alternative when kameo was released) It was fun to play and kept me hooked and the graphics on it were probably the best the 360 could offer at the time.

It's a good job i have 48 hour live code, Im going to wear the wheels on this demo out, bit of a surprise it coming after i checked the joystiq blog today tears of joy flooded my face.

GOTY for me! or atleast until i play it, Now lets hope for a proper Perfect Dark game with more grit and less cartoon

That Shaun Sadderfield?? from Gametrailers said it was basically just a racing game. You collect parts to then complete a race objective. I'm hoping for more of the old Banjo tbh. Going to get this downloaded shortly.

I believe the 48 hour codes allow online play but keep your account silver. The month codes give you a proper month of gold.

Found this very boring, and the constant dialogue boxes just got annoying.

Never got the appeal of previous games either, so this is definitely one to miss for me.

I loved the original, and to be honest this feels like more of the same. However, I think i've grown out of games like this a bit now. I might get it, but its not a definite purchase like I thought it would be.
