You should have an option in the boot priority list either as "SCSI device" or something alluding to an add in card, if you use that the system should try and boot from the card.

You might also need to enable "INT 19 Capture" in the BIOS to get access to the RAID firmware config.

Is this mainly on PhoenixBIOS though? - I have not seen this in an AwardBIOS release... (not on the 6 I have anyway).

I'm guessing it's something fairly recent. My Asus Max Forumula board has the option, but I don't recall my older mobo's bios' having the option available. (Phoenix / Award.)
