Nice work team - Really dissapointed that I've not been able to get my new 8800gs up and running :(
It's all due to a via chipset and 8800 clash that I didn't know about - need to swap pc's with someone at the office but been out at meetings all week.

Will try harder ;)

As ever thanks for the news rich - all add a post to the single cruncher thread when my gpu client is up and running
 
Cheers Rich - best week ever for me (and i belive, craig, the first time in while i have finished above you! :D) . VMware SMP client really has helped. KE1HA and Delboy - congrats on the amazing output!
 
Hmm not to bad up 39 Places (Nero182) :D... I will be honest I aint even running my client all the time but I am gunna try and leave it on more often :).

I am trying to get into the top 100 as fast as possible gunna be hard tho :(...But with Xmas coming up I might look into expanding my folding opitions :D

Could've been a better week without the eue's & a spot of gaming caused a drop. Still 6 th place in single cruchers, good & just like SETI 21st in team prod.:) coincidence?

Correct! Good result mate! :D

Ive had a poor one... messed about with overclockin a few times and disabled fah :(

Also the CPU one keeps failing... 'fah has encountered a serious error and will now shut down' when this happens i need to go delete all the work and start fresh... rar! At least its the cpu one and not the gpu one im having errors with!

My SMP is not running now, I had 2 powercuts last week, so when the power came back on my PC just sat there running a uniprocessor client and wasting electricity, until I got home from work.:(

So I am running 2 uniprocessor clients now, not as productive, but if the local electricity supply is going to be unreliable at least my M/C will be running at 100% when it restarts.:)

New GFX card soon, but not great for folding as I will be getting an ATI card.

Swapped in a new PSU today, and things seem to be going well -no crashes, no pops/bad smells, and no 'restarts' on any of the WUs... Bit of a scare, but im back!

Folding killed my XPS M1730 :o:(

Ram is now unstable as are the 8800m gtx's, going back this week, the guy hinted at the fact I might possibly get a whole new machine due to the expense of the daughter board that houses the twin gpu's.

Oh well, lesson learnt. :D
 
Holy hell Lay-z, how bad was it?
I ran folding@home on my M1730 for 2 months non stop with the cards flashed to 625 core 900 memory 1700 shaders.
