Antec 300 Fan Controller

Hi,
I had the Antec 300 delivered earlier today, only just got the chance to look at it really. it comes with 2 fans installed already and they have fan controller on them:
1 rear 120 x 25 mm TriCool™ Fan with 3-speed switch control.
1 top special 140 x 25 mm TriCool™ Fan with 3-speed switch control

I've also bought a fan controller that goes into a drive bay, is there a way to make the fans that already in it run from a 3-pin fan controller? also i haven't look what connect the fans to power

, if it's 3-pin or molex would it be ok running it though my fan controller and it having in effect 2 fan controllers on the 2 fans?

its the same on the antec 1200, which I have.

I just turned the incase fan controllers up full & then plugged the fans into my bay controller

if they're on full with there own incase controller, can you still turn the down/up the the bay one? it's just for noise that i want to do this turn them up when gaming ect.

Yes, keep the case control on full and plug them into the main controller

k thanks, didn't know that, thought i might have to cut them up or something to get them to work.
