Cracking game but every-time I try a user created level online the lag is sooooo bad that it really isn't playable.

It's not like my broadband is either slow (10MB) or being used (was just me on last night) so I really cannot figure it out.

Really annoying as the one time I didn't have real bad lag (just a little instead :rolleyes: ) it was mammoth fun!
 
na, i can't even hear people that great.

I just type. actually, is there a way to get the full keyboard when u type instead of double tapping? I find it really annoying.

What he said. It is a pain trying to get past the lag issue but once you get into a good low-lag game it's so fun. I was playing with Apopcalyptic and a guy named Turniphead last night and we ended up attacking each other with stickers :D I found it interesting how you could communicate with the other players just by pointing your hands and with facial expressions.

I was wondering if there was a proper voice chat function. Would save me taking ages typing the text in when it's too complicated to do via sackboy sign-language.

It's voice activated, just connect a headset and talk away. Depending on who you play with the games can be lag free and voice chat more than audible, i'm having problems today as Be are having issues, yesterday however was perfect.
 
Stunning game, rarely have I smiled so much and even the missus is playing and enjoying it despite being hopeless!! (does the usual female trick of trying to "steer" her sackboy with the controller :D)

Haha always makes me laugh when people do that :D I see it more when people are playing driving games though. It does happen however when they get their sackboys swinging from hanging objects lol.

I'll be sure to add you when i get home mate.

On the subject of people's opinions of the game though, everyone I know who's played it has come away enjoying it. Everyone from hardcore gamers to super casual ones who only pick up a controller once every blue moon.

And this really surprised me, but some of my female friends who I let play it, when I asked them what they thought of it, they said it was even funner than Rock Band :eek: blasphemy!

Heyyy I wondered how Apopcalyptic knew you :) I've added you on PSN anyway. Was really hard though like you said with the touch sensitive bombs. And hilarious when you and Apopcalyptic started mobbing me when we finished the level and I somehow came first

Chnage your DNS servers to OpenDNS.

Here's a little tip: Don't mess about with your router or PS3 network settings when under the influence of alcohol. :( :D

I'm going to have to fix them when I have sobered up. Right now it's back to the drinking...
 
I rebooted the PS3 and got straight onto the LBP servers.

Shame nobody else is about as I need help with the co-op bits of the levels.
 
great game so far, not done a lot of the main single player game.

Spent a while looking at some of the levels by smallios and rp2000 earlier. Also trying to connect to a game with prem but kept getting timed out.

Looked at starting my own level, went through the tutorials, my the possibilities are endless! So many different items and methods of doing things!!

Lol ive not tried the creator on the proper game yet ( well not properly) Too many games, im waiting for a lull in a few weeks so i can get creative :D
