What decent series have you recently unearthed?

Skins, the second series is not as enjoyable but the plot's are still very good.

Love that show, anybody agree Doug Heffernan sparks a resemblence to Ari Gold from Entourage?
The series I keep watching over and over is Red Dwarf, I just never get tired of it. I've watched them so much I can reel off most of lines
Another one would be Bottom with Rik Mayall and Ade Edmondson. I don't have all the DVDs for that one but never get tired of watching the ones I have.
Gone are the days that a BBC comedy series captures my imagination as much as those two do. I mean, what have we got now? My Family? Green Green Grass? no ta

I watch Dwarf often before bed. My sci-fi comfort blanket for sure. God that makes me sound like a loser.
I agree with full heartedtly though, there's bugger all good out there anymore. I need something to happen. In the 90's we had Dwarf and Oasis, what the hell is there now? The only good thing I can think of is House MD to be honest. Dexter is okay I suppose...
TBH, I use Red Dwarf to help me sleep too. As I know all the episodes I can shut my eyes and just listen, with the mental picture of what’s going on in my head. In fact I know of a couple of people who do the same thing.
House MD is possibly the best series type I've seen in a while. I never got into it at first but I got hold of the first series and watched it right through. I've yet to watch any of the fourth series but have been told it's excellent so I'm really looking forward to that.
I too am a fan of Oz. I think its such a well written TV show. I prefer it even to the mighty wire. Season 4 is just brilliant.
Deadwood. Well not recently, last year but it was the first time I had sat down and watched the show. Such a great show and annoying the way it got canceled. Everything happened so fast in the last couple of episodes, I thought, but they were still good nonetheless
Recently started watching Nip Tuck. I watched about 4 episodes in the space of 3 years and always been meaning to watch it from the start properly. I love it!

Just started watching Scrubs, never got into it before but it's been on Paramount comedy a lot recently and i'm quite enjoying it.
