Yeah...I logged in via the community page as a whole, went to the OcUK group page, joined, then went into the chat room...And the group was on my friends list? I just clicked the '+' sign and they where all there

Ahha! Nice one, didn't realize there was a button at the bottom of the friends list that adds all the people from a certain group.

...and I respect Valve for actually releasing a demo. I thought those days were over, what with none of the triple-A titles out this season having one.

Was great fun with messing around with Robert1986 / Lyon85 last night, shame i only had about an hour free, will be back on tonight

First impressions are great, up there with TF2 for multiplayer fun

Does anyone get wierd freezes, like a lack of ram? - I get them 2 or 3 times a match they last for around 3 seconds.

I think my rig can handle it (running maxed) the fps is really high, its just strange stutters I keep getting.

Other than that its awesome.

Can't say I do, and my rig isn't exactly 'amazing' anymore...

I believe I turned down one option from very high to high though...just so it runs better in general.

Ok, iv'e tried out the demo and it is fun but i dont think its really for the casual gamer.

The reason being is that after about half an hour i began to feel a little bored with the gameplay, for me at least it started to get a bit repetitive, mind you it does look nice graphically not ground breaking but nice none the less and ran perfectly on my aging pc.

I wont be buying this just yet but im sure most of you will.

Just played through a game on PC, it was good, graphics very nice on my 4850 but I can't help but feel that Xbox Live is gonna be a better experience due to more people having mics and therefore reinforcing the team play aspect.
Despite this, the aiming and graphics were superier to Xbox but those are given PC game advantages.

Bah...anyone else struggling to decide which to buy for?

Go for PC, it'll no doubt have loads of lovely mods (even if those 'mods' are just user-made maps).

Actually you can beat it on expert with just bots.
