BIG bird in my room!

Makes me laugh when they hit our conservatory (a bit more understandable as its nearly all glass whereas a house is a bit more visible!) - the way they wobble round the garden for 10 minutes thinking 'who put that there'.

Pigeons must be the most stupid birds in creation, apart maybe from Dodos.

Several times per year a pigeon will fly into one of the windows of my house, making a huge thump and leaving a mark just like the OP's picture.

I once watched one afterwards - after about a quarter of an hour of laying on the ground with its legs in the twitching, it got up and walked around for about half an hour, then flew off and sat in a nearby tree all fluffed up and looking sorry for itself. It was lucky that one of the local cats didn't eat it.

Ever notice how they like to fly across busy roads and motorways about 4 and a half feet off the ground. On two occasions I've had them smack into the windscreen as they fly out of nowhere and across my path. Once on a country lane and once, more frighteningly, on a motorway.

I suspect they like to fly into jet engines as well.

Whilst I can vaguely see some worth in you posting the event of a bird leaving an imprint on the outside of your window, which is only just discernable btw, I am seriously baffled why you would exptrapolate this scenario to the extent you think the birds motives where to gain access to your clothing, specifically your pants.

I was expecting a story about how you went out for a few drinks with your mates and this morning you had to gnaw your arm off to avoid waking Godzilla lying next to you.

I had a pigeon fly into my windscreen a couple months back - he left a rather large mess.....almost matched by the mess in my pants, as I nearly soiled my undies. Stupid thing.
