Morrisons is better than Safeway anyway, so I approved of the buy-out

Heh, cheers. My parents wouldn't have let me date anybody at that age, so I had a relationship...well, sort of one I later realised on the sly from them.

However being that nobody could drive then it was basically at lunch times and sneaking around.

The only restaurant nearby was Safeway's cafeteria

I've just been speaking with some workmates about Safeway and then come on here and someone has a Safeway thread!

When I was younger I thought Safeway was the route you took when you wanted to go home safely as I'd never bee there and only seen the red sign at night from far away!

Our Safeway was a great store until it got taken over by Morrisons, who now do "cheap ivegotnomoneyfeedmerubbish food".

The one in Woking (now a morrisons) used to have great deals on.
