I think so, just opened up a bit later on, mate of mine said only Free For All and Team Deathmatch available at the very start, just need to get lvling!

Not without re-loading and crashing to dash each time.

I got that achievement on my first attempt of the first level on hardened! If I can do it then anyone can.

I'm trying to complete the single player game first but could be tempted into some live action! Gamertag in sig.
