Clip Art needed

I am after some good clipart. A library of them that i can install on my PC for various work. I need some good software that is compatible with Vista nad that i can store all the images on my PC rather than having to insert cd / dvd to access them

Any ideas or pointers to some good ones to buy>

Only places I can think of are on front cover of PC magazines that sometimes give discs away for free, or you can look in a popular high street newsagent that sell PC CD/DVD-Roms or online at a site named after a rainforest.

(Wasn't sure how far or strict competitor rules were!)
Don't know if all discs will do a full install though, and I wouldnt want my drives clogged with thousands of jpegs and gifs. The discs tend to come with its own viewer that browse index thumbnails but I'm talking a few years back when I last used them.

Seen quite a few on the net to buy but want some feedback from someone who has bought a good clipart software package.
