Exactly. Nobody should have to stop her from cheating.
The OP did the right thing by doing nothing and staying calm. I'm just wondering what would have happened if the OP did go away when she asked him to - would she have further?
The fact she asked him to go away before this happened suggests she wanted to do it without him there and watching.

She kissed the bloke but stopped him from snogging her and as above we can only speculate what would have happened if he'd left the room like she asked or had actually intervened.

It's got to be taken seriously. Whether or not it's a relationship ender depends on the couple.

I think you're forgetting that this was their engagement party... and that she did actually kiss a guy and said she wanted to feel a mans ****.

If a girl ever did that to me I'd leave her, it's completely unacceptable and alcohol is no excuse.

It was he that kissed her, there's a difference, and even that is questionable tbh considering that she apparently didn't even notice.

It's not so much that aspect, it's the behaviour before when she asked him what he would do if she cheated. Is all a bit weird.

Yes weird but weird enough to end a loving relationship that has been fine up until that point ?, no way, not based on the information on I'm reading.
