Grade A **** weasels that decide you are going to fast for their sensitive sensibilities.
Doing circa the ton the other day in the Manta, reasonably clear road, and some tw@t decides to pull into the outside lane of the dual carriageway for no other reason than to impede me, then shake his head in disgust because he was only doing about 45.
I swear if i had a brick in the car it would have been through his window.

Stupid cycle lanes. don't get me wrong I have nothing against cyclists. But some but some of the councils in this country have no idea. And some of the traffic systems that these people dream up..

my friend told me he didnt like changing lanes because it would "wear his tyres out faster"....
words cannot describe how confused i was at that one.
how does a tyre, spinning around at 30-40times a second get more worn out by a few degrees wheel lock? LOL

You should have told your friend that his stupidness is wearing out your brain and that he should just STFU and drive.
Then, and only then, deliver a backhand to the chops to let him know who's boss.
He'd probably cry for a bit but in the end he'd grow some sense and start talking like a normal person.

.... It seems people around here dont seem to grasp the concept of the mini roundabout, they forget they are giving way to the right and come to a total stop because you are on their left, then if you try to move off - so do they ?!

my maw does this and it does my head in whenever im getting a lift, she pulls out because she literally has no awareness, and because the guy has the audacity to be close to her bumper because they had to slam on the brakes, she goes slow to annoy them for tailgaiting :|

Also, even when they aren't driving, I get annoyed by people who can't tell the difference between there, their and they're - illiterate muppets
People who can't keep a consistent speed. They drift between 25 and 33mph in residential areas, for example. For God's sake just pay attention and keep a consistent speed
i'd rather them keep their eyes on the road over the speedo tbh.
You don't have to constantly stare at the speedo to maintain a reasonably consistent speed though; a split-second glance every so often will do the job.

Tractors. Nearly everyday on my commute to work i see a tractor with a huge tailback. Normally with a tractor coming down the other side of the road with a huge tailback of itself. They should be banned from the roads as imo they are more likley to cause a accident then speeding. If the bloody farmer needs a tractor to get his tates he should either leave it on that bloody field of get a lorry to transport it.
Maybe this was just rubbish pub talk but i always thought by law that if a tractor had a tailback exceeding twenty cars he had to pull over till the traffic was flowing again?

i dont, but the people that change constantly change their speed do
Theres some roadworks on the A66 atm, where 2 lanes merge into one but you get the usual 800yard warning, as well as signs all the way saying 'USE BOTH LANES', subsequently followed by the 'MERGE IN TURN' sign at the end, yet people still look at you like you're filth when you try and merge.

Actually i suppose it will wear out your tyres 'faster', but when i say faster i mean they will last about 2miles less
On a more serious note a set of tyres that mainly see the motorway and a set that mainly see country roads the motorway set will last longer.
If they aren't noticing that their speed is up and down like a whore's drawers, what else are they potentially missing?
People who start braking for a turning BEFORE they indicate.
