Finally got round to installing this. As a Chelsea fan I always start with them, but I fancy a bit more of a challenge, so have gone with Hull :)

I have been on sortitoutsi.net but there isn't much to download. Has anyone got a complete Premier League pack they can link me to? (Team logos, kits, facepacks and competition logos?) Thanks :)
 
ScarySquirrel, probably won't be much FM09 content created yet. However all the FM08 content will work so either download something made for FM08 or perhaps you have FM08 stuff on your PC?
 
Hate it when big clubs come in for your players :(

My best DM, Carioca is wanted by Real Madrid and Roma, they both bid £8m, but i put £20m and they both bid, so its auto accepted.

Man Utd want my best Striker and bit £17.5m over 18months, i rejected, now hes unhappy...Juve declared interested in Ustari, so i rejected...now hes unhappy.

Grrr!

Any ideas for a class DM, DC and maybe a new DL?

In DM Andreasen and Gyan King.

Need another DL, currently its Berezutskiy.

ST, if Gomis goes, maybe an oldy atm there is; Gudjohnsen (just signed), Johnson, Nevland, Sturridge, Welbeck, Caicedo so maybe just an old goal scorer.

AML is currently Leonardo and Douglas Costa.

AMR could be helpful too, as Santon is covering both DR and AMR.

DC is currently Ignasevich, Hangeland, Archibald-Henville (youngster), so need another one there too!

Im at Fulham, so Veloso is a no-go :p.

Tried good old' Felipe or Fazio? Not looked at them on '09. Should be a good buy though going off how great they were on '08.

All weekend, I havnt had chance to play :( Decorating or something else has always cropped up. Not even at christmas yet in the first season :p

Ended up going for Blaise Matuidi for DM.

Also Kolarov for DL.

£9.5m left.
 
Think I might have to start again :/

Picked loads of leagues due to only the "Large" database rather than "Huge" so loads of players are missing that I was used too from FM08 - such as I can't get Gioda without taking the whole Argentina leagues, and I can't get Mihelic without taking all the Slovenian leagues... so basically I took 90% of the leagues there for a large choice and it's taking about 20 minutes to process the results for one day which is just nuts.

This is on an E8400 with 4GB ddr2 @ 800mhz.

Ohh.. nice one, I'll do that! Ta :) I'm assuming it'll run much quicker with just loading the players than the whole leagues?
 
Anyone else finding that its taking quite a bit to get onto the tactics page during a game.

Its takes a good minute or so for the setting up match box to go before I can make any changes. Its starting to annoy me a little now :p
 
Im using a Premiership facepack that I used on FM08. Same with a logo pack aswell.

Not really looked for new '09 data.

Toulalan and Fabregas are the best Midfielders on the game imo.

Mexes and Sergio Ramos are good defenders.

Clichy, Marcelo and Srna are good DL's.
