Vs mode is miles better, yeah.

I'm wondering about putting my servers in constant vs mode at the moment. The main thing I'm worried about is whether or not the AI is that much worse in vs mode (e.g. if you had a team of humans vs team of bots). If it's the same (and it should be in theory), I'll make the switch.

it was definately modded, altho we didnt help by making stupid mistakes lol

I went and played on another server on Expert later and you could tell the difference in the damage don eto infected.

Up for another attempt at the expert dead air tonight?

i need my full akimbo achievement and the rest of those 50000kills :)

type in console connect and ip or openserverbrowser and use it to add ip to your favourites should work.. not much different from css

In versus mode, bots don't take control of the infected side at all. So if you had four players on the survivor side, and only one player on the infected side, then that lone player is going to find it quite challenging to stop them...

Ah, that's rather lame. Hopefully that will be fixed :/

I was also dropping in and out of sleep during that game. Had a long day and could barely keep my eyes open. :D

I'm up for another arse kicking by zombies later tonight. 7pm? If niel and lyon are on.

so how do people 'meet up' on this type of game, do we start a lobby and join that then hope the correct 'non-laggy' server is picked for all 4 players (i only play normal btw) or is it best just to find an empty server and join that (join a left 4 dead 'group' to get a server browser in game)

Ok can anyone help me with this problem..

After the little load bar has finished the game just crashed and I get a message about OS page file might not be working blah blah something along those lines and it directs me to this steam page; https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?p_faqid=150

I've been through that page and checked everything and it hasn't fixed it. The "Kernel page physical memory" bit doesn't get anywhere near 150 and I don't have that line in msconfig.

The game has actualy worked before as I have being playing it, it just randomly happened on a game load and now keeps happening =/

edit: nevermind underestimated the power of a restart =P
