Just got my Wisdom teeth out!

Cold and soft things; yoghurt, ice cream, bread... basically anything you can mash with your front teeth and premolars.

You would probably find that you're ok eating most things to be honest. The only foods I would avoid are things that break into small sharp or pointy bits when you chew them - crisps, crackers, toast that sort of stuff. If you get them up in the gaps you'll know about it.

Had mine done, mine were done under a general, had to be due to the digging they had to do, and almost died in fact minutes from it in fact.

But soft foods are best, soups, mushy weatabix, beans, etc etc, stuff you dont have to chew as such

Yeah, been there too. Soft, mushy fried chips, mashed potato, corned beef on soft bread (no crusts), soup, yoghurt, weetabix, even thick milkshakes (they're filling). As was said above, just be careful not to dislodge the clots or get any food in the sockets (major ouchage!).
