COD4 (XBOX360) Question

Hard to say really, obviously now it's natural for me just to play a FPS on the 360, I don't find it difficult at all.

But I know a lot of PC owners that can't handle it, whereas others have converted over like me. Takes time, practise makes perfect. You may even prefer it.

Hmmm, thanks. I had a quick go on an old Medal of Honor recently and hated it. Likewise the recent Xbox Battlefield.

Maybe some perseverance...

The recent battlefield (Bad Company) has an appalling aiming system, so don't judge console fps controls by that game.

Well, I just bought CoD4 again myself. Am looking at joining up with a casual clan for some fun, and its still a very popular game for them.

Only thing that bugs me is that this game hasn't really dropped in price since release, and I didn't enjoy paying full price for a game over a year old. Oh well.

Bit silly as I already have it on PC, but am moving away from pc gaming more and more these days.

Maybe mid range on the assult rifles. Sniper Rifles and Shotguns are perfect

Not for me for a good few months. I have thrashed cod4 for a whole year now, i really dont think ill play it like i used to again.

Im gonna play cod5 cos of the new maps, weapons and the whole new feel.

Tucked against the wall between the door doorways in bomb room B isnt quite 'in the middle of the room'

Depends how competitive you are.

I really struggle playing FPS on consoles, because i'm so tuned into using Mouse and Keyboard, that when I play PC FPS, all my concentration is focused on the game.

On XBOX it's split between the game and controlling the damn thing. Just feels so unnatural.

And I think CoD4 has a lot of life in it. CoD5 is so horribly unbalanced (Why oh why, are bolt action rifles NOT one shot torso kill, when SMGs are practically perfectly accurate and are 2 shot torso kill?) and most people are sick to death with WW2 games.

he was in the middle of the room on the right hand side (sounds wrong but how else do you describe it!)

Now I think about it, where the HQ would be is the perfect answer but relies on you knowing thats where the HQ spawns in that room!

Great games last night, although I didnt quite achieve that final nade throw to the wheelie bins. The guidance aspect is great and so much less grief with no yanks whining so you can just get on with the games.

Danny has a hidden friends list, else Im sure I could point out more than 5 players
