Boo on the thread title. This is nowhere near confirmed, just speculation. Still with the green logos, maybe the next MGS will come to the Xbox.

Still doubt it, but you never know.

Interesting, I wonder what Metal Gear that would be then I'm not really too fussed if MGS4 comes out on the 360 or not seeing as I already have it on the PS3 maybe they will release MGO?

never happen as mush as Konami is a business sony would rip them a new one if they lost one of there biggest titles to there rival, i mean look at all the crap that happened when final fantasy came to the "Dark side" Square Enix took a bit of a beating on the ps3 as sony fans went ape with them, and am sure it would be the same if the roles where reversed and halo or gears of war went to the ps3

haha, not crap. Just not for me. I know loads of people who like them both.

Never been able to get along with either series (well, the entire genre when it comes to FF)

The whole 'game as a film' thing MGS4 tried to do bored me to the point of getting my money back. 44 bloody minutes from putting disk in to actually seeing an enemy.

If MGS4 did get a 360 release, it would be interesting to see how much they cut. They would have to completely redo how the game controls.

They'd also probably have to edit parts of the game for other reasons, i can't see microsoft liking the mission briefing area having a PS3 and an iMac in it for example.

Not to mention the rumored RROD joke in the final cutscene (never saw it for myself however)

I've seen lots of people mention that, and I'm not sure myself. I suppose it would be easy enough to change those things, but I wonder if Konami would even bother. Games released on the Xbox in the past have had Sony Ericsson phones, for example.

They'd probably want to get rid of the PSP that Sunny plays though!
