it looks like min 16 years max 21yrs with parole eligible at 6 but v complicated

He'll be out in 6 years. It's not enough to make up for the sham of the murder trial, but it's a start.

Lol. I don't really have a clue about this but its quite funny how he got away with the murdered wife thing (whether he was innocent or not) and now he's screwed anyway.

It's 'new', from September last year.
He got done for armed robbery, kidnapping and assault, probably thought he was untouchable after the murder farce, unlucky.

Hell of a sentence for armed robbery, you'd probably get 100 hours community service and told to act remorceful to the bloke you beat up if it had been in Britain

These are the charges:

Conspiracy to commit a crime
Conspiracy to kidnap
Two counts of first degree kidnapping
Burglary in possession of a deadly weapon
Two counts of armed robbery
Two counts of assault with a deadly weapon

And he said:

sarcasm (mixture of opinion, whatever), its still way out. If its armed robbery involving a gun, then sentence alone for owning a gun is near 5 years iirc.

They're trying to push up punishments for knife related crime or possession aswell, I'm sure.
