Anyone else just really fed up right now?

Been thinking about how short time is and that all of us will be gone from this earth in 50years, like we never exsited, all the things that we are going to miss or not be a part of and the possiblilty of living 100 of years longer in the future.

I usually feel like crap at this time of year, used to love xmas when my grandparents were around, now that they are gone (its been a good 10 years), xmas just makes me feel like crap. I hate it. My mates say they have never known anyone my age hate xmas so much!

This year though, I dunno, i dont feel that bad. Im working all over xmas and new year, and whilst im not on amazing money, working over xmas and new year is worth it :)

My parents will be going down their caravan (no point them staying at home when im working shifts), so i'll be at work socialising, earning a fair wedge, and probably having a few beers inbetween it all, so it doesnt seem so bad this year for some reason.

yes in fact i am fed up.. whats with megavideo suddenly asking you to pay after watching 75 mins of video?? Alternatively you can wait an hour and try again!? Anyone know if it is trueee or if I just managed to find a retarded site?

Hrm, I'm glad I'm not at home right now. Christmas just makes me remember all the people that aren't around anymore :(

I do like playing with the kids' presents though!

I wouldn't say i'm "down" exactly but overworking, a general lack of exercise and not having as much money as I like is certainly having it's effect. I'm also smoking/drinking too much (i'm in Zurich, it's on tap, but booze is ridiculously priced) and one of my teeth is giving me jip. Need to have a word with myself or i'll end up a wreck in 6 months!

I'm slipping into sadness mode, just broke up with girlfriend, started smoking again and getting into debt. Work seems to be annoying me more and trying to exercise whilst smoking is just ridiculous.

This really isn't the time to be running up debt or starting smoking mate.... step back and be pragmatic about the split as well - that coupled with not smoking should save a few quid that you can treat yourself to something nice with :)

Be glad you have a job - many are losing theirs at the moment :(

I feel happiest around Christmas time! Looking forward to all the family getting together, especially now I've got a niece and nephew. Good times ahead. :)

Most of my family love Christmas for the same reasons, it's just a chance for everybody to get together, share gifts and have a good time.

Well where do I start, I'm paying off a £94,000 debt that was left me and lost both my main jobs, I'm a very ill person taking 49 tablets a day for various problems that I have, but yet every time the phone rings and I get a job or chance of earning some money I'm in bliss, today I got a £45 job and I feel great.

Can't go to do it though until my tablets take some of the pain away as I can't walk or stand for about an hour from waking up.

Seriously if you have problems break hem down into small bits then do one at a time soon it will be over.

This debt will take me nearly 20 years to pay off I've already been paying for a year, but as time goes by earnings will go up and it will probably be done in 12-14 years, bad but not life threatening.
