I have just fitted a Samsung HD322HJ, formatted the drive, installed Windows with no problem.
I then decided to hook up my old 160GB SATA drive to transfer some music over etc and the computer refused to even post to the BIOS screen.
Removing the HD322HJ resolves the problem and my PC will happily boot using the older SATA 160GB drive.
The new 320GB Samsung HD322HJ won't now detect on any of my 3 machines, its almost as if the flawless install of Windows & its assorted drivers was a mirage!
I assume its dead? - Any ideas?
Thanks.
