We need a war.

I think the OP might get his wish in a round about way. I now think that a war between India and Pakistan is inevitable now. Yesterday the Pakistani government, under intense pressure from the Indian and US governments arrested the leader of that terrorist group who carried out the Mumbai atrocities, however this was kept very quiet in the Pakistani media as it doesn't "sit well" with ordinary Pakistani's. Very worrying attitude indeed.

I've often thought about this before, humans seem to be about the only species that is heading back down the evolutionary ladder. I guess in the end though everything will implode and we won't be able to support chavs anymore, maybe a bit of anarchy then followed by the strongest/most intelligent surviving. ;)
 
Make it illegal for unemployed chav-scum to have kids. The offenders have to scrub the gussets of our undies, clean rubbish and dogs pap up on the streets with their bare hands (14 hours shifts 7 days). Repeat offenders to be sent to one of the channel islands named by myself to be Chavghanistan :D
 
What about mandatory vasectomies that can only be un-done with an IQ test and minimum income? Now there’s an idea.
 
Why do you think governments have army's and wars, to keep the global population down. Not a nice thing to say but its probably true.

War is an absolutely useless form of population control, more people commit suicide each year than are killed in conflicts. Are you saying that two leaders will go to war with each other in an attempt to lower their populations?....I mean seriously this is even wilder than Magicks ramblings!

The government has what belonging to Army? Sorry, couldn't help it.

I don't think that governments have armies to keep the population down, that would suggest a coherant overall strategy to such issues when money/land/power are all much more immediately realisable goals. Population control would merely be a side benefit to such aims if it were considered at all.

we may have at the moment (don't know the figures), but sometime in the future the problem may have to be addressed, and war as population control seems a bit extreme.
