Would have thought Foster would have got a game, and I'm surprised to see Rooney starting. It would have been a good chance to give Berbatov and Tevez a go at playing with each other before the Spurs game.
Other than that it's pretty much as expected. Should be more than enough to win.
Can't work out how the midfield are going to line up tho. Nani right and Giggs left? Nani right, Anderson left with Giggs in the middle? Everyone running all over the place?

If it is Giggs ahead of Neville, thats a seriously weak side of the pitch, with Neville barely fit
Other side isnt much better with OShea there, but at least Rio is there to boss everyone around (even if GN is still club captain officially)

The Arsenal game so far appears quite open. Both sides having their chances..
Not sure which of those I want to win - would prefer to avoid both of them in the next stage
Why? Neither are anything like what they used to be and are not better than the likes of Atletico, Real or Inter who you could face.

One game - He's been excellent in most of his games for us, last night just highlighted this. Funnily enough, one of those excellent performances was against United.
