8800GT ALPHA DOG

You don't overclock your graphics card using your bios. If your using an nVidia card then your best option is to use a program called RivaTuner. Link can be found in the useful applications section of one of the stickies in this section. Alternatively if your using Windows XP you can use coolbits which adds some more overclocking and temp menus into your nvidia control panel :)

Just to be exact... and sorry if this comes across as pedantic. You can overlock it using a BIOS, but it means burning an adjusted BIOS to the eprom on the card. It's for serious overclockers only, and most people here (myself included) consider it a step too far.

use a tool called nibitor "Nvidia Bios Editor"
it overclocks and saves it to the bios, really esay to use

download and install RivaTuner from guru3d.com - theres no need to go to altering the bios if you just want to overclock it a bit.
