Was this acctually going to be released, I thought it was just a demo to show off new gfx physx gfx?

Argh, i thought this sounded really good. Don't know that much about it but from the screen shots it looked interesting.
Devs have said it's one of these "it's done when it's done" games.
Alan Wake requires a quad cpu to run.
i remember that it was one of the dx10 flagship games never heard anything about quad coreSource?
Or is this just a quad core owner convincing himself his CPU will start being used more?
and Alan Wake is still coming, no need to give up on it.
There was a new trailer for Alan Wake fairly recently, probably released due to the murmurings about 'vapourware'

I missed it at the time, in October, but it was mentioned in yet another Alan Wake preview in the latest issue of Games magazine.
