Things I'm getting for Christmas

I didn't ask for anything and haven't really since I started working - I buy all my own useless gadgets that I don't need now :p

Will probably end up getting some money but £200 doesn't seem as much as it did at 16 !

Same here, if i ever want anything i do a bit of research then buy the best i can. When it comes to Christmas now no one can buy me anything because i have everything i need lol.

The lens is an exception as Ive just started getting into photography and my dad also has a digital camera so he knew I'd like it.

I've asked for a 32gb IPlod touch, a blu-ray drive for my PC and band of brothers on blu-ray. Also some more socks.

Giving season 2 of House to my sister, book for ma, cd for pa.

Am properly looking forward to christmas dinner though....best meal of the year.

Asked my parents and sisters not to bother getting me anything, don't see Christmas as a big deal nowadays and rather they saved the money up and treat themselves to something nice.

A guy I work with is getting his 3 and 6 year old sons a DS each, plus heaps of games and other toys, I couldn't believe it, what should a 3 year old need a nintendo DS for??

I shall probably get some pyjamas, perfume and a few other little bits and bobs like I do every year, which suits me just fine. I much prefer watching people open presents I've got for them than opening presents for myself.

Are you looking forward to christmas this year?

I am having:
Bass guitar
laptop hard drive
laptop web cam
Logitech USB Microphone
Black Bop It Extreme 2 & White Bop It Extreme 2
Crash Bandicoot Mind over Mutant; Wii

With my Christmas money I will be getting:
Windows Vista HP
Office 2007 H&S

that is worryingly sad. I suggest you buy a life with the money, it will be the Jan sales soon, so they will be cheap.

My christmas present is tearing about in a snowmobile for a week, and getting my uni fees payed, thank you mum and dad.

I much prefer the mutually agreed do not do Christmas this year apart from the roast on Christmas Eve.

I think I will get a nice red and white bottle of wine to go with the dinner and port for the Dad. :)

I'm getting nothing as well as the misses (unless my parents send us a little money)

Currently prefer to pay of debts rather than buy stuff on credit. However the boys will be getting a few things, however at their age there isn't much they realistically need, as any younger (aimed at child ages) toys they have and any older toys they destroy (oct birthday proved this).

Anyway they would realistically be happy with a few dinosaurs and a few dvd's of their fav programs.

This year we are spending ~£150 (inc £30 of custom made cards), no need to spend loads as we (family) are happy enough. This will change when they are 6/7+ and wanting DS/PSP's etc :(.

Edit : Actually I lie its nearer £200 as we brought them a swing set when it was reduced £45 (from £120) which is in the shed.

I haven't asked for anything at all - If there is anything I want then I buy it myself. I'm just looking forward to going home and tucking into the awesome roast my mum spends hours cooking and having a few glasses of wine with my dad and siblings :) Oh and another bonus is that I get to eat all the strawberry cream Quality Streets lol
