Looking at getting one of the 4 below. Has anyone tried more than 1 of the below which did/do you prefer and why?

Razer Death Adder

Logitech G5

Microsoft Habu

Razer Copperhead

I'll be going from a microsoft Optical wheel mouse This one I believe, that i liked a lot before i spilled a pint of diet coke over it. So I thought i'd upgrade to a gaming mouse as I now need a new one.

I only play WoW so probably the only reason to go for a gaming mouse is I want to. But I still want to go for the one that seems the best :D

currently holding a deathadder, probably the best mouse i've had.. I've used aG5 at a friends, its good but i've grown to like the razor more :D

OK After searching and reading lots of post on these forums, I have it down to the G5 and the deathadder.

Is there anymore people that have tried both of these? which did you prefer, and why?

I got through a couple of MX518's and now have the MS Sidewinder Mouse which has been less trouble than the Logitechs, having said that Logitech do have a great returns policy and are good with Customer Care if that helps any.

I used to use a Copperhead and it was fantastic. I've since moved onto the Lachesis which is even more fantastic! But having not used any of the other mice, I cannot comment on them. But the Copperhead was superb and I couldn't recommend it highly enough. But other people have also said about how great the G5 is as well, so a difficult decision. :p

I have had my Copperhead for 2years now, and it has been great, absolutely brilliant, up until recently when it keeps turning off

However, I will upgrade the pc and see whether its the motherboard usb ports or not, if it isn't then I will either change to a G5 or Lachesis

I love my HABU, bought it new for £16 a few years ago... its really served me well, works on everything i throw at it, which is great when i take the pc downstairs for some HDTV action and use pizza boxes for mouse mats. Even works okay on my housemates glass desk unlike his logitech :p

If it's at all possible, I recommend you get a feel for each mouse yourself first. No-one else can tell you which is going to be most comfortable in your own hand!

I have had 2 G5s and both have had problems with the scroll wheel after about a year of use but logitech did replace the first one.

I have a cheap razer krait now, not as comfortable as the G5 but the scroll wheels on them just hate me :D

I can vouch for the Deathadder, probably the best mouse i've owned (had a diamondback prior to it which I loved).
