Anyone else on the 49th cd who can't find the 50th? I've double checked everywhere but can't find it. Using the interactive map on some site

lol, 3 or 4 crashes and you want rid of the game. Honestly.

Never crashed once for me, and I played it a lot.

i dont think thats the main reason he's wanting rid, he's completed a lot of it so maybe thats the end of playing the game for him.
i can see what he means, i dont play on xbox live for multiplayer so i'd ditch it after so many hours probably too. unless it was a easily pick up and play game.

Nice one. I'm available now, let me know when you can :D

Just to let you know, I've collected 50 cd's twice now but one CD has failed to register (some glitch or bug) and am stuck on the 49th. So if we can join your game it'd be great :)

GT: TIGER5INGH

I know the feeling, I'd occasioanlly loose track with the hidden packages on the old GTA games and have to go through it all when I've lost the last one. Demoralising stuff.

You can navigate, as I use my PC and 360 on the same screen. :(

See you in a bit, turning it on now.

Yo TuThumbs, you fancy collecting the remaining CD's today?

I've already got my 50 but I don't mind helping you out getting the remaining few :)

Well that time when I left, I forgot to save. So I've lost 4-5 somewhere, I'll see what I can get done later and then when you come online we'll carry on from there?

Thanks dude. :D

Oh and buy a ruddy headset! :p

Got this from Tesco DVD Rental yesterday. First impressions aren't good; graphics-wise the entire game looks flat and bland, and there's just no atmosphere. The car handling is absolutely awful too, it's far too sensitive and it feels like they're pivoted from the rear axle. It just doesn't feel right at all. I've seen better driving physics in games where driving isn't even a main focus of the game, so I don't understand how they got it so wrong.

I'm torn between sending it back tomorrow or giving it the weekend.

Saint's Row 1 was the same and I wouldn't let the driving/handling get in your way. Every other aspect of the game destroys GTAIV completely. The game is a barrel of laughs and has 3 times more playtime than GTAIV. The only downsides to the game are the madcap vehicle handling, and the mental AI that insists on running/ramming you over without any care during missions.

if you want real driving, i would suggest going outside.

Very helpful, thanks.

It's a game I really want to enjoy, I liked the first one on the 360, but I'd have expected things to improve a bit since then.

I'll give it the weekend to see if it grabs me, but so far the awful handling of the cars is frustrating me every time I need to drive anywhere. It just feels so disconnected from everything; if there was even any feedback (via vibration) it would at least be better, but it's like they completely overlooked a major aspect of what the game is about. I don't understand it.
