I know this is a very small percentage of takings, but the Asda store I worked at while at uni will be taking ~£1m a week at the moment.

Plus Asda are creeping up on other supermarkets, increasing profits etc etc.

Last time I checked, Walmart was the largest private employer in the world. ASDA is just one of their subsidiaries.
