The average salary in the UK is £24 - 25k. So no, it isn't "well", it is "averagely" paid.
So basically they gave them a bunch of phones from their stock which haven't sold all year?![]()

If they're in full time, self or contractual employment, yes. It doesn't take into account part-time jobs, though.I doubt it. Is that taking into account all the minimum wage/retail positions and mcjobs?
Just because you don't earn the national average doesn't mean that the figure I quoted is not the average. Most people have dependants, so whereas you can live "well" on the national average, a family could not.no it is well paid, anyone could very comfortably live off that easily. hell its 10k a year more then what iam on as a full time worker.
You can be salaried and paid weekly, bi-weekly or whatever. McJobs and such are employed 'full time' and/or on 'contractual' basis, so they are indeed covered.Earnings will of course be higher, and if it is salary there'll be a lot of people missing that aren't paid by salary. IE, BK/McD's staff AFAIK get paid weekly or bi-weekly according to the hours they work, rather than salary.
AbsolutelyOf course, you can always revert to the adage lies, damn lies and statistics![]()
One of my staff struggled to pay his council tax this year because we weren't paid our bonus. We didn't get given a phone either. Something is better than nothing.
Seems an odd thing to do.Surely you don't budget your finances with the bonus in mind.![]()
