I'm about 5.7 stone atm

seriously though. My 4yro brother weighs about the same as you. My 16yro sister is heavier than you.

You *really* need to seek professional nutritional advise, and you're not going to get that on a forum.

Pick up the phone, and ring the NHS.

neither really, my weight has stayed pretty constant, I'm about 5.7 stone atm

My brother who is a year younger than you weighs 9 stone and is not fat and only a few inches taller.

Seriously I'd heed the advice on many on here and get yourself to a nutritionist.

You might think you know what you are doing, even tho you seem pretty level headed. But sadly after going through these years myself and watching my brother go through them to once you have an idea in your head you just won't shift it.

You might feel all good and everything now but in the future the body will one day go "Ah sod this", you'll be off to hospital.

Fair play for being a veggie, im not and don't entirely gather why you want to be one but thats your choice. But don't bugger your body up by not doing it properly.

Eating vegetables and still feeling hungry could very possibly be down to you know just not consuming enough on a daily basis, if you are active and do regular exercise then chances are you body needs between 2000-2500 calories a day, if you not eating enough then you will feel hungry a lot even after eating.

If you continue to starve yourself of required calories you body will resort to consuming muscle mass and body fat which im sure you are aware is not healthy.

You need to see a nutritionist asap.

Also some fruit and packet of crisps is not an evening meal.

I havnt read the whole thread as i cba to read 17pages of most likely the same advice i am giving. But I read the OP and the comments after it.

Even as a vegaterian you still need protein carbs etc. You cant just eat fruit all day.

that fruit and crisps was a snack, my evening meal was pasta, I had a lot of it.

Wow you must be some skinny boy sorry, 5 stone at 14 that is quite bad  and is very underweight, seek medical help asap, do you feel very tired week all the time?

I don't feel tired and weak most of the time

You sure? Being your height and weight I would have though you would have some physical effects, I mean 5 stone is not a good weight at all for a 14yr old, as people mention above girls and young boys like 7 are this weight, it is seriously low for you age, you need to see somebody please take the advice and ring the NHS direct line and ask them for advice maybe they will give you some info to see somebody who can help you.

I thought I was a skinny mother ****er before reading this thread (physically looking I am), but I am spot on with my BMI.

6ft4 and am about 12.5 stones

Used to be about 1-1.5 stone lighter at uni but since working full time in I.T and living back at home with parents and girlfriend I have started to put it on!!! (Let myself go FT W)

Scarey thing is I always thought my metabolism would handle it but it doesn't do so well these days!

In responce to the OP, no when I eat I get full eventually. Never eat and get hungrier :)
I also never eat for the sake of eating, only if I am hungry.
