What is the best way to make money in this game? Shoudl I invest it somewhere?

Just keep buying shops and houses. There really isn't much else to spend your money on later in the game, so don't bother building up loads of gold. The money you get per tick once you have enough rented houses and shops will be enough to keep you going, easily.

Personally, I donated to the Temple of Light, which is a handy way of getting XP in return for excess gold. Obviously you can use this to build up your magic and other skills.

I did exactly the same thing

Property is where the cash is.

Takes a bit of time to get a good selection but the cash rolls in, trust me

Anyone else who needs/wants money give me a shout. I have done as much of this game as I wanted, until expansion pack is released (was due on 22nd Dec but is now delayed till Jan).

Even if I give away all my cash, I will have re-earned a sizable amount by the time the expansion lands.

I would, but I have read of so many glitches that I have specifically avoided any co-op play, in case I mess up my save, which I sepnt hours on.
