Most of the acts were dismal - those guys in the good suits were alright though.

But thank god for Ruby Turner! Shame that Martha's voice no longer has that power. Those Finnish guys were great though.

Can't argue with Duffy (absolutely cracking voice and good to look at, plus she wouldn't have been out of place in a '60s Camden nightclub instead of Dusty Springfield) and Martha Reeves & the Vandellas. Annie Lennox and Dave Edmunds were a bonus.
