Was thinking about this earlier and was just wondering what other people would say...

Is there any albums you consider to be "perfect" or very very close to perfect?

I managed to come up with (What's the Story) Morning Glory by Oasis, as it's one of the few albums where pretty much every track is single quality.

A couple of people have suggested The Fat of the Land, by prodigy, but I've never really got into them so I can't say I've heard much of it.

Ideas anyone?

Joy Division - Unknown Pleasures.
Radiohead - Kid A.
The Ocean - Precambrian.
Converge - Jane Doe.
Velvet Underground & Nico.
DJ Shadow - Entroducing...

These are some of my choices off the top of my head :)

this is always going to depend on your style of music.

for me i would say urban hymns-the verve for my only perfect albumn but one of my candidates for my style of music would be toxicity by system of a down

Haha, everyone naming a different Radiohead album. :)

Radiohead - OK Computer
Manic Street Preachers - Everything Must Go
and yeah, my most perfect album ever would be DJ Shadow - Entroducing...

Deftones - White Pony
Porcupine Tree - Fear of a Blank Planet
Soundgarden - Superunknown
Devin Townsend - Terria
The Mars Volta - Deloused in the Comatorium
Tool - Lateralus

This is just what is your favourite album

I'd disagree. (WTS)MG is an album I like, but it's by no means my favorite.

Favourite is probably something like NIN - The Fragile, or APC - Thirteenth Step.

Both great albums, but both have their downpoints (Star******, Inc on The Fragile, for example)

Alaska In Winter - Dance Party In The Balkans

That album seems quite perfect for me. A lot of other albums i'll only listen to a few songs of it, but this one i'll listen to all the way through.

AC/DC - Back In Black
Led Zep - IV
Pink Floyd - Dark Side Of The Moon
Scorpions - Blackout/Animal Magnetism
XTC - Black Sea
Metallica - Ride The Lightning
Nirvana - Nevermind
RATM - The Battle For Los Angeles
Sex Pistols - Never Mind The .............
Rush - 2112/A Farewell To Kings/Permanent Waves
Van Halen - Van Halen
