Hey guys, as suggested at an earlier point, this thread is designed for those who are more than just talk. This isnt about setting world records (for most!) but just a place to show your lifts and compete against other forum members in a healthy and most importantly HONEST environment. So it doesnt matter if you are benching 70k or 170k, lift it, film it, post it and prove it! In this thread there will be individual lift type tables rather than an overall however if it is needed a culmulative table can be added. Mods and dons (errr Freefaller :)) i give express permission for any and all editing of this post as im busy and lazy and may not keep it updated enough! Bring on the pain!

RULES
Lift MUST be clearly visible THROUGHOUT

Weight on bar MUST be visible and you MUST quote LBS or KG

You must NOT post vids of others and may be asked to prove identity in a vid, This will be via face identification on camera!

All doubts about the lift will be raised in the thread and must be answered before lift is accredited.

The final say on the lifts addition will go to myself and freefaller to begin with and possibly others when a good level and standard has been established.

Lifts with poor form will not be granted, obviously shaky execution will be fine but 'cheating' the rep will not be accredited!

Video's should be uploaded to your http://uk.youtube.com/ account, if you havent got one make one!

League tables will go below

Bench Press
Ultra_Extreme 130Kg

Incline Bench

Squat

Ultra_Extreme 150kg

Deadlift

Standing Shoulder Press (push press NO JERK)

Bent Over Row

Very impressive lift and good form. Not so impressed with the fact you attempted a PB without a spotter! Should probably be encouraging safety as much as good form when you're an experienced lifter, especially in threads such as this.

Nice lift there UE - looks like you could easily bust out some more though! Someone's not training hard enough :p

DB Press should be an option?

Its not really in the spirit of powerlifting though is it? By all means if you want it post a vid and ill make space for it

FF - Powercleans - as above really, post a vid and ill add the section, i was just trying to slap down the lifts most people would want to record, would love to put snatch and c+j in but no one does em (including me)

Powertech workbench and rack, 300 quid or thereabouts, good setup.

Just takes time to get to weight like that, 6 months ago i was failing at 97.5kg, in 6 months id hope to be pushing 150 all being well

Lol, you make it seem like it just happened naturally :p
Don't want to take anything away from you. but you had more than time to jump from 100kg to 130kg :P

you are being sensible with things, no reason why you shouldnt keep a lot of what you have gained :]

as i understand things, on a low dose like im on with proper PCT i should be gtg lifting at least 90% of my peak which still puts my bench well over 100kg which im happy with. 4 weeks to go.
