There are no OCUK 'modded' servers - at least not in terms of basic game mechanics like this.

Aekeron, noticed the versus servers are now half alltalk, half not. Might be worth turning alltalk off and adding the sourcemods alltalk mod. It lets people bind a key to alltalk, so they can team chat and alltalk when they want to.
No, you can't. There's a cvar called z_hunter_max_pounce_bonus_damage. It's always 25 unless you specifically change it using a server mod or having sv_cheats on.
I set it 100 on my server once, thinking it would just mean you could get over 25 if you jumped really far. I joined, took over playing as a survivor and a single hunter pounce killed me within about 10 seconds (admittedly from quite a high jump).
Any more than 25 is a bit silly, which is why the game always defaults to that as the maximum.

I played versus game on the alltalk server last night and it was nigh on impossible to co-ordinate anything, really spoiled the game![]()
I thought that infhud thing was meant to remember your setting? I had to disable it at the start of every round.
All credit to the guy that wrote it but I can't stand it, position is wrong (I know why it's where it is) and it's just too intrusive.

Servers updated:
sv_alltalk set to zero on ALL servers.
However, you can now bind an extra key if you want to be able to spam the other team (I know I do): alltalk bind
Maps verified/custom maps deleted.
Hopefully this will fix the issues some people were having on co-op/Church.
If anyone still has issues with crashing, please let me know. The only other cause I can think of is the infected hud plugin :/
(The servers are run in -fork mode so I imagine that the plugin will be loaded even for the coop servers. If we still have crashing issues I'll see if there's a way to disable the mod just for coop).
Might be worth adding the bind info to the MotD or using the sourcemods advertising plugin to pop it up when a player joins =)
I take it then you've got -fork 4 and +exec server##.cfg in the run command to make the servers unique? In that case you can just set server01.cfg and server02.cfg (or whatever number the servers are) to have the line:
infhud_enable 0
I doubt it'll help anything, but if that is the source of the crashing, it might do.
