silverstone? you mean the Coolermaster..i was hoping you'd go the other way :(
secretly i love the Lian Li for its modern design and anodized innards! but the coolermaster case screams quality and functional use..its also received awards for its cooling...

Peronally i don't really like the look of the CM. Front lower vent bit looks like it's been stuck on as a bit of an afterthought.

I'd probably choose to keep the LL.

One other alternative is to sell both and get something like a MM.

^ ^ ^ Beaten to it! :D :D :D

As said - it's a company called Mountain Mods - you've probably heard of them.

I have a H2g0 which is one of their smaller cases (link in the orange text under my sig) but their larger UFO models are awesome cases which allow high end builds and multiple watercooling loops.

yes (i've edited my post :()

and to be honest, while i'd pick the coolermaster, if you'd rather have the lian li then you should take the lian li, it may not have any fancy awards, but then lian li have always been about the style and subtlety rather than the superb performance (not that i'm saying they don't do it well, but that i don't think it's their no.1 priority).

at the end of the day if its the lian li you like then pick the lian li, no one is going to judge you on it :p

hmm that coolermaster case has soo many positive reviews and awards...its still a dilemma for me..the fact that you can remove the MB tray etc... hmmmmmm damn this!

In my opinion, the Lian-Li case looks like it costs. The coolermaster on the other hand looks like a lot of other cases.

As mentioned previously in this thread, it's up to you to decide whether you want style or functionality to take precedence.

Both are quality cases though.

yeah i have the Lian Li at home..it is a beautifully understated case...love that it is all andonized inside and out...think ill keep the lian li..the coolermaster is also very large..and very heavy..the lian li is ALU all over...

think that i will have issues with space in the Lian Li though...quite cramped inside..looking to put a GTX 295 or ATIs next big thing...

looks like ill have to figure out how to sell the coolermaster...not well up on selling stuff.

:) its a nice case (Lian Li) i still have it brand new in the box..love the anodized exterior/interior and different design. its missing a removable motherboard tray and the cut-out cpu cooler etc.

im building my new PC ever sooo slowly...buying a component a month..getting my coolermaster RealPower 850W tomorrow (a competitior is doing a competition..buy a Coolermaster PSU and be put into a draw to win an ATCS..apparently there is only one going too per month!)

idea is to get the best possible pc i can....im finding this whole thing annoying really..i keep reading reviews about how amazing the ATCS is...in terms of its features and build...i also read a customPC review of the Lian Li saying it was dog...

..Lian Li was bought for its styling, looks and expensive "look". Problem is that i like the ATCS..i know that if i didnt buy/know about the Lian Li id want it!!
