A few words about the OcUK Team

I'd like to post a few words about the present OcUK team. Too often the people behind the scenes are taken for granted but not at OcUK.

In all our 10 years in business I have never had the good fortune to employ such a high quality workforce. Morale is at an all-time high despite the recent attempts of others to tarnish our name. The Purchasing Team in particular has an amazing atmosphere of team spirit and co-operation. I'd like to particularly thank Adam (Slackworth) for his leadership recently :)

Everyone is doing there best for the team. Negativity is at an all-time low and everyone is incredibly positive. We have lots of new plans for the coming year. Watch this space!

I'm very grateful for everyone's input in recent weeks. I'm so proud of you all and feel honoured to be your employer.

You guys should have an open day and give the opportunity for some of the less local members to come and play with new tech and meet the team whose wages we pay :)
 
The poor bugger answering the phone earlier sounded a bit stressed, but then I did ask a stupid question. I'd imagine the phone staff are getting a bit hammered with the server issues?

Better than ok, most fun I have had since I started and that is saying something.

Big kudos to Adam (Slackworth) and also Dave our technical director, they really are under the radar far to much for what they do. They really do keep the whole operation ticking over both on the forums and at the store. Anyone who knows Fatboy will understand that I need not say anymore.

The company is only going in one way for quality of customer service, getting products in first and having better pricing. That is up! :D

When people ask how we are rolling, the OcUK team is certainly rolling safe.
 
Nice for an employer to notice the difference.

Have you been 'born again' Spie? .......... not the hard hearted guy I remember from years ago.

Good effort, all the same.
