Just watched this on MTV during a workout this morning.

Does anyone know if it's acted/scripted or are the kids literally pretentious, spoilt little brats?

Seems to me like they could do with spending 6 months working for charity in Africa.

Its not acted, there all so spolit they get everything they want.. they always have done and treat there parents like crap.

I couldn't believe it when I first saw the show - some parents got their daughter a huge car for her birthday and because it wasn't pink she started kidding up and eventually crying and stopping the entire party and saying she doesn't want the car!

From what I know it is real - They have a show called Sweet 16 Exiled too.. send the little brats off to third world countries to work on a farm for a week... it's lol

Idiot little kids that are having a 16th birthday party that will be payed for by their rich parents. Usually a massive venue hired and then midway through the party they get shown outside to a brand new car worth usually around 40grand.

Its quite funny to watch though, they get everything they want. I remember one girl getting a dress in America for over $8000 just to turn up in and not to be warn throughout the rest of the night as she already had a "party dress".

You're supposed to watch them and vomit in your own mouth from a combination of disgust, hatred and jealousy. It's aspirational tv combined with a hitler documentary.
