People often stream games online (illegally), and as such you can't rely on them watching the televised game.

Secondly, it wouldn't be so much of a problem if there signature had the logo prominently display or if they didn't make such vague comments, because it'd then be very easy to deduce the team they are talking about.

Lastly, I think we all know that location is not realiable as from that I can only guess that you support Middlesborough.
 
are you still going on? it's not going to change, you'll pick it up or you won't depends how much time you want to spend on here but i don't join forums expecting everyone to immediately clue me in on every in joke, rivalry, favourite. you pick it up as you go along.

No, i would suspect by most people.

I think the real issue here is just your snobbery about the use of the word "we", you dont really care who anybody supports, you just want to knock people down for using the term "we" in reference to their football team as you think it makes you look superior.

As has been said, its not up to US to make things clear for you to pick up, its up to YOU to get off your high horse and pick it up as you go along, while at the same time making friends and joining in.

Something which you have failed utterly to do so far.
