Does anyone know when its back on could have sworn was meant to be Jan 09 however seeing its nearly end of the month and no adverts yet I guess not!

Is it worth checking out Fringe? I'm after a new series to tide me over till T:SCC and Dollshouse are on.

This program is shocking.

It follows the same path all the time.

They investigate something weird, someone gets hurt, the crazy old man is the only one to fix them and they never really find out the cause.

Acting is poor, story line is poor, theme tune is poor and they claimed it was the "New" X-Files. How dare they!.

yea same thing all the time. Shame it had some good ideas I just wish they changed the way the program went. You could almost predict what was going to happen.

The acting was pretty poor aye. Walter was the only char I thought was half decent. The rest was just meh.

Anyways Lost is back now so time to watch more WTF is going on T.V :D

Anyone find the main womans voice supressed? Very weird tone of speech :/

Good series though, albeit a bit predictive :D

I love Fringe. I get that the story of each episode has been repetitive so far but there's something about the way it's delivered that keeps me interested.

The acting doesn't strike me as bad at all, rather some of the lines are a little cheesy (e.g. Dunham talking about Scott).

Also Walter alone could carry this show for several seasons :D

I think I'd best describe it as the love child of a threeway between X-Files, Lost and House.

Sounds like it could be the next program to hit the friday night death slot then? Apparently its got a popular show as a lead in, giving it better viewing figures.

Hopefully gets canned soon, sorry but this is prime time you cant be just showing the same episode/plot each time ;)

Acting is almost blank apart from that guy, I think Xfiles covered pretty much most of the angles over its course of 10 years and 2 movies? and frankly we dont need another wannabe.

Come on guys, even though the acting is woody, even if its the same episode every time, you have to love Fringe just for the fact that Walter is a legend! He makes me chuckle more than any other character in a series for a long time.

Well since JJ is involved I was hoping of more a developed arc rather than what is essentially a series of one offs which may / maynot hit upon a tie in for it all once or twice per episode... so on the one hand I am hoping that it is building to something more interesting and with a bit of depth, but on the other I think its a couple of sci-fi fans writing a bunch of "wouldn't it be cool if" 's.
