I'm looking to get one of these cards in the next week most probably but I'm a bit stuck with which to get?

Obviously I'd like to get the best price/performance, but is the Asus one as good as the others even though its the cheapest? Do any of the retail packs come with decent games like FarCry2?
Cheers

Theyre all the same fundamentally, bar the gainward which is overclocked, the only differences are the coolers each company attaches, whether they come with any software (it should say in the info if it does) and the warranty supplied. given this Id personally look at the asus if I were to buy one, if the cooler supplied is crap (noisy) you could always add an aftermarket one

I'd imagine they all have a pretty decent overhead for overclocking even with the standard coolers?

I'm not really into overclocking (too scared generally) but like everything running nice and cool if possible :)

The x2s don't generally have much headroom for overclocking. Most will reach somewhere around 770 - 820mhz on the GPU (from the stock speed of 750). You might see a bit better improvement on the memory.

All bar the Gainward follow the same reference design.
Ive got the Sapphire which comes with all the adapters and various goodies you'll need so that gets my vote. :)

Unfortunately there are no aftermarket coolers for the 4870X2 yet and these do get quite toasty.
Would only recommend overclocking this if you’re under water
