Unlike most it seems I really enjoyed series 7 and 8. There isn't a single episode of Red Dwarf that doesn't have ben cracking up with laughter

I liked all the series if I'm honest. There were weaker episodes in all the series but there were also some one-off gems.

Series 7/8 dreadful and when they remastered the old episodes with the cgi skutters rushing around.

It was great all those years ago, I can not see this being any good. But I will watch it with a glimmer of hope in my heart.

I thought s7 was missing something (namely rimmer) but s8 was very funny i thought.. maybe not as good as some of the older series but i dont know why ppl hate on it so much.

i will hold my optimism on this until i see it.. dont wanna be dissapointed and tarnish the awesomeness that is red dwarf
