Maybe for some but as mine will be in a cupboard under my ps3 it's not, i am just about to put a pre-order in for this (I have crumbled :eek:)


Edit: I've ordered it, so may as well chuck me on the list, I've got the official headset also :)

I'm keeping my SOCOM order going as i have already sold the headset to a mate as its the only way i can get him to speak online :p

EDIT: Going to cancel and get an import as there's no way i'm waiting till 28th of March

Anyone read the latest official PS3 mag yet? They're got a review on it! I'm buggered if I'm paying £5.99 for it though

It took a long time for Killzone 2 to finally come out, but after diving head first into the game, there's no doubt in my mind that it lives up to the hype and is a must-play for FPS fans.

All these 10/10 reviews mean nothing. The servers will be crap initially and will make many people turn away from this game and it will become a Sony Exclusive game that could have been great but was let down by bad online performance/servers, in it's first few months.

Hopefully most people play the SP first before jumping into the MP. That should give the servers a good few days to catch up.

As with most things in Consoles forum, we base it on past experiences with similar products/services, although not exclusively.


I mean the reviews mean nothing in the sense of Halo 3 and GTA 4 and MGS4

I mean the servers will be crap initially (and possibly beyond) in the, GT5:P, Warhawk, LBP, (add exclusive PS3 game with online server capabilities).

Yeah well some of us have already played the game. I would have thought you would be a bit more excited about this. I've been bigging up Killzone 2 for weeks now.
