Anyone had a sixth sense moment?

once when coming out of work i came upto the traffic lights, and due to them being on sensors, they changed to green as i got close. However something told me not to go, but to creep forward (normally id blast through).

And vroooooooooom (forum sound effects?) past goes a car at 50+ mph.... taxi's do it all the time around here straight through red lights because they think the shop is shut no one will be coming out....

Everybody is psychic. When or if you experience that first time sixth sense moment may be the beginning of your spiritual awakening.

I get Deja Vu about once every 2 months.
It's quite weird because it's the simple things you have Deja Vu with.
eg On friday I was walking to my works kitchen with a mug & a bowl and a person passed me and said 'hi'.
I had this overwhelming feeling that exact scene with that unknown person had happened before.

Clearly a glitch in the matrix... wouldn't worry. Can happen when "they" change something, or so I've heard.

A few years ago i was having a chat with a mate, and he said he had broken so many bones through-out his life, and i mentioned i had never broken a single bone. That afternoon my arm snapped in 2............when i was throwing a snowball...........ironic huh.

Not really, because you think of something before it happens...otherwise the event would happen THEN you go 'hey, I thought of that earlier'...rather than going 'hey, i think something is amiss here' then something happens.

My friend used to get the shakes occasionally, and every time he did something would happen to his girlfriend...It was a tad weird.

You may feel that you the had the specific thought related to the event beforehand, but that's just how our brains are wired - it tries to look for patterns and links.

Your not listening, it's not a case of dejavu :)

It's a case of thinking of something, say 2 hours before the incident occurs.

Some people actually visualise the incident, other just get an inkling so to speak.

Personally I don't get them, most I get is Dejavu, which, as alreay stated (if it's true or not I don't know, can't be bothered to read up on it rite now :p) Is something going into your long term memory...?

So now after getting back from A&E I'm sat hear with a torn shoulder ligament from a tackle today & looking at at least 6 weeks off work unpaid! (I have to lift heavy items)...

Gavin..

Gavin you should in future learn to pay attention to your intuition. Your intuition isn't time bound like your normal conscious mind is and it can 'remember' potential futures. Another thing to pay attention to is your dreams as the dream state is where your 6th sense can communicate to you without being distorted by the rational mind and all it's dogma and beliefs.

lol

abovetopsecret.com probably has stuff like that. Yeah, I have them all the time but I can't think of any examples right now. Extremely frequent while driving, though. I can tell when a driver is going to get squirrely and do something stupid.

I get those moments whilst driving too.

I have a ceiling with weird paint patterns on it, and a lot of times, I'll be dreaming of something (eyes closed) and suddenly wake up and see the image on the ceiling in the patterns.

Pretty weird when it happens, but meh. :p

drugs are bad..... well not really?!!? there awesome! :D
